Embodied Creativity

What is it and Why:

Experience based workshops designed to introduce embodied and creative practices to daily life.

Embodiment and creativity go hand in hand; they are a fundamental part of being a human. Just like Pablo Picaso said: ‘every child is an artist - the problem is to remain an artist once we grow up.’ Creativity is our birthright, however, in the process of growing up, most of us have learned to disconnect from our creative capacity and therefore also with our body. This also implies that if we have learned to disconnect from these two forces, we can also relearn or retrain to connect with them, and use them in daily life.

These set of workshops are all about re- learning to connect with your own body and inner resources, befriending your creative potential and finding a way to express yourself in ways relevant to who you are and how you feel.

In each workshop we will use creative practices and embodiment tools, to support you to find new connections, discover new choices and understand your full potential.

Workshop Overview:

‘Created by Movement’ - movement meets creative expression

Inspired by ‘Meditation - Movement - Writing’ integral practice, I’m bringing to you a nourishing practice that combines my love for movement and love for creative expression.

In this particular workshops we will be meditating, moving, drawing and writing, in a free flow way, following our inner impulses and expressing in motion what wants to be expressed.

Workshop is open to everyone interested to find new ways to express themselves, through play and practice of ‘losing yourself’ in the process. No previous experience required.
