‘Wonder Days’ are mindfulness based workshops inviting you to re-discover the essence of who you are through simple practice of nature immersion.
This space is, at heart, a playful exchange with the natural world, designed to bring you closer to nature and therefore, closer to yourself, nurturing your sense of wonder and awe.
This is a space of re-discovery, curiosity, slowing down, exploration, connection and relationship building. This is a space of coming back to aliveness, awakening, settling, re-wilding and nurturing. Finding inspiration and magic in the world around us and being more childlike.
'Wonder Days' are also about coming together with other people, sharing your experiences and viewpoints, therefore fostering the sense of community and nurturing the sense of belonging.
'Wonder Days' , at the core, are about appreciating gifts Mother Nature offers and finding a deep sense of honouring and respecting landscapes we inhabit, accepting we are a part of nature.
